Yamagata's specialty, "Chilled Ramen" was born from the customers' words, "I want to eat cold soba in summer, so I want to eat cold ramen." In 1958, a refreshing and flavorful "Motozo Yamagata Specialty Cold Ramen", which has been improved so that the oil is irresistible even in a cold soup for about a year, was completed.
