I used a Bonitsu -gyo -gyo from Makurazaki, Kagoshima Prefecture, which is said to be the finest in bonito. It is a delicious sprinkle with a crisp texture with a special umami and flavor. Using plenty of flavored and bonito, we blend domestically produced Ume to make it fragrant soy sauce flavor, so the ingredients and taste are high -quality sprinkles.
