DESCRIPTION
We performed flour -making and noodles at our own factory in Togakushi. Added flour to the flour -made buckwheat flour, and finished with low -temperature drying, which is easy to knead with the water of the Togakushi plateau. It is a goodbye soba with thin noodles. It is a buckwheat that uses grinding soba flour, which is the feature of Togakushi soba (all grinded buckwheat flour).
