A type of oyster sauce with a strong sweetness and weak viscosity. Similar to oyster sauces used in Japan with seasonings made from oysters as a main ingredient, it is often used in Thailand in Chinese dishes. It is used for Thai cuisine for Nua Pat Namman Hoi (stir -fried beef oyster sauce).
