DESCRIPTION
Uses Kyushu black vinegar and domestic onion. The chopped raw onion is about 1/3 of the total amount. Black vinegar is made from brown rice as a raw material and made by "fermentation" and "aging" for more than one year. The pungent ingredients of onions have a mellow taste and depth by adding black vinegar, and can be used for various dishes such as vegetable salad, grilled grilled fish hamburger and fried chicken.
