DESCRIPTION
Basically, dry mushrooms are used back with hot water. Soak in a small bowl and remove the mushrooms for about 15 minutes. The soaked juice can be used for cooking after passing through a coffee paper filter. Put it in a boiling water for 1 minute (discard this hot water). Please use it as it is. It is called "yestra" and has a unique texture and is the perfect ingredient for boiling and stewed soup.
