Faro Pinonoir Mustard
DESCRIPTION
Since its founding in 1840, the mortar that grinds mustard seeds has been used with large stone mortars. Stone mortars have lower frictional heat than steel mortars, so they do not impair the rich scent of mustard seeds. It is a beautiful color mustard using Burgundy's famous Pinotonoir wine and grapes fermented in the wine manufacturing process.
