Horokanai -cho, Hokkaido, known as Japan's best "soba" production area. It is a flavorful soba that uses buckwheat flour from "Horikauchi". A dish that has the flavor of buckwheat noodles that have been dried while ripening in Asahikawa, where the temperature difference is severe in a state close to "natural drying" so as not to stress the noodles.
