DESCRIPTION
The Futakiko is the end and the part of the noodles that can be made when making the noodles. Since the taste is the end of the noodles, it is the same as a normal noodle, but the texture is moist and exquisite because there are thin parts and thick parts. It can be used for various dishes such as salad (instead of macaroni) and champles (fried) with miso soup, sucking ingredients, gratin, and boiled dolls with mayonnaise.
