DESCRIPTION
A disturbed weaving method brings close to hand firing noodles and finished in a good tongue noodle that does not break down due to the use of flour with high protein. It is a bit different taste, such as the tension of the noodles when boiling with unevenness on each noodle. The attached soup is a soup without chemical seasoning. We use barley miso to create the original taste of the local dish "Hoto".
