DESCRIPTION
Izumo soba supervised by Hashiyaya, a famous store in Shimane Prefecture. We use domestic ingredients for both soba flour used in the raw flour used. The buckwheat fruit is homemade and the drying process is made so that it does not impair the flavor of the buckwheat as much as possible by making time with cold air drying.
