The major feature of freeze -dried is the high recovery in which the soup and ingredients return to the state of freshly cooked just by pouring hot water. When the water is drained while it is ice, the place where the ice was remained as a space. When hot water is poured, the water enters this space again, so you can return to the original state. (2) Taste and texture nutritional value is less likely to fall! Freeze -dried is more likely to remain the texture of ingredients such as flavored vegetables compared to other drying methods such as hot air drying.
