Product Introduction The outer layer of buckwheat, which stands out, is finished in thick noodles that are ready to eat 50 %. The boiled time is as short as 5 minutes because it is a flat noodle. We make flour flour in Nagano Prefecture and use our own flour flour and make noodles at the Kawanakajima Plant. The Kawanakajima factory was opened in 1958 and has a history of nearly 60 years, and its tradition has been inherited.
