DESCRIPTION

No preservatives, colorings, chemical seasonings. Both sake and vinegar are bred by our company, and the sake lees of Yamada Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo, which are brewed in the sake manufacturing department, aged the sake lees for more than 3 years, and added pure rice sake brewed in the sake production department as well, and 120 days in a 30 -stone large tree tub. This is the red vinegar that is fermented and mature. The product has won the "Seasoning Championship 2016" [The JAPAN ~ Traditional Seasoning Section ~ Division] sponsored by the Japan Vegetable Sommelier Association.
