It is a miso dedicated to miso pickled by Shinshu miso maker "Marukome". It is a salon for pickling overnight with an elegant sweetness using Shinshu red rice miso. I added water candy, sugar and salt to Shinshu rice miso. By modest salt, it will be finished in a moderately sweet and delicious pickle that can not be expressed with conventional salty miso.
