DESCRIPTION
Seasoned with aged pepper that focuses on the umami of [Dashi] on a crispy fabric and sprinkled with grilled seaweed. It was developed as a new cracker to compete with mainstream Soka Senbei at the time of the development (1969). Soka rice crackers are solid and chewy. Then, this was developed as a rice cracker that melts as soon as it is eaten crispy and soft.
