Moroi Brewery's "Akita Shotsuru" is made after a three -year aging period, fermenting with only Hatahata and Tenni salt without using any alternative ingredients. The ones made from general sardines and kunago as raw materials are strongly flavored and rich, but the fragrance and unpleasant taste are strongly fragrant and elegant flavors like amber. It has a taste without a habit that shines the negative image of "fish sauce is so good". You can also use a ramen -ching rice soup pasta as well as a hot pot. The umami should be much increased.
