DESCRIPTION
It is an old -fashioned plum vinegar that came up when a domestic contract cultivated Ome was soaked in Umeboshi. I added a white plum vinegar that came up when the Ome grown on the contract farm was soaked in umeboshi. If you use it for a strong vegetable or stir -fried fish, you can taste the taste of vegetables and enjoy the taste of vegetables. It is a natural vinegar that is pure alkaline food extracted from plums from Nara prefecture, Nishi -Yoshino. Part of the ingredients (plums and shiso) may precipitate, but there is no problem with the quality.
