DESCRIPTION
This is a natural dashi pack that combines boiled kelp bonito. By adding moromi, it will be a mellow dashi. Please use it for miso soup udon or other Japanese style. Use of raw ingredients, boiled and bonito moromi kelp (including soy flour in a part of the raw material) Put a 200cc ~ 300cc water packed in a pot in a pan, boil for 3 to 4 minutes, and then take out the pack.
