"Okinawa Moromi Vinegar No Sugar No Sugar" is a natural brewing vinegar made from distilled caves that can be made when making Awamori, which is rich in citric acid and amino acids. The aged moromi is created by black koji mold in the process of Awamori. This aged poroma is carefully narrowed down and brings out the delicious and easy -to -drink vinegar with the traditional technique. The manufacturer "Shinri Sake Brewery" is the oldest brewery in Okinawa in 1846 (1846). No additives are used. Please enjoy with your family.
