The aged moromi is created by black koji mold in the process of whimsamori.
This aging is carefully narrowed down and brings out the delicious and easy -to -drink vinegar with traditional techniques.
The manufacturer "Niisato Sake Brewery" is the oldest brewery in Okinawa in 1846 (1846). No additives are used.
