DESCRIPTION
Teori Udon is created with a pongee in the Yuki region of Ibaraki Prefecture, which is famous as a pongeon village. The unique flavor is due to a special manufacturing method unique to Kotari. The fabric is soft and nreamed, and it takes enough aging and dries slowly over a day. As a result of pursuing the strength of the stiffness and the smooth throat, it became such a hairpin.
