DESCRIPTION
One of the basic seasonings for Thai cuisine with fish sauce mainly made from small sardines. It is a specially aged Nampler with a lot of umami because it has been aged for 24 months and only clears clear supernatant. It is a Nempler that tends to use it at home, but you can also make a simple dressing just by combining Nampla and lemon juice garlic. It is a seasoning that can be used for everyday dishes.
