DESCRIPTION

100 % durum flour is used. The texture of the durum flour is faintly yellowish and boiled quickly and has a chewy texture despite 90 seconds. In addition, "Chichibu Genken Ryuwater" is used for kneading water. It is a nutritious Iwashimizu with a nutrition of natural minerals in the mountains of the chichibu -mine -based snowy water in the mountains and is purified in the hardwood forests and limestone layers.
