DESCRIPTION
Since its founding in 1840, the mortar that grinds mustard seeds has been used with large stone mortars. Stone mortars have lower frictional heat than steel mortars, so they do not impair the rich scent of mustard seeds. It is a premium mustard using the mustard seeds from Burgundy and the AOC white wine. If you warm it a little, the elegant flavor of the wine is ideal for making fragrant sauce and cheese fondue.
