Product Introduction This is a versatile pack that is mainly used as a main raw fee. Sawara boiled dried fish has a umami and richness comparable to jaws (flying fish), which is known for its high taste. In 2016, the first commercialization was realized in Japan by two years of joint development with the dried processor in Kyoto Prefecture. We do not use chemical seasoning, protein, hydrolyzed, yeast extract, preservatives, or salt. Note (exemption)> Please be sure to read it. Please close the chuck firmly after opening to maintain quality. Please use it as soon as possible after opening. There is a possibility that the flavor and color may change or solidify, but there is no problem with the quality. Please note that bones and fish skin may rarely contain because the whole fish is used. This product has an oxyutic agent in order to maintain quality. Please be careful not to use it by mistake.
