DESCRIPTION
It is mainly used in vegetables and bean dishes and can be put in nan fabric. When crushed, it smells like carrots and nutmeg. It is used as a substitute for black pepper or sprinkles on bread and cake. It is often used for Indian cuisine and is widely used in Chugoku East to Turkey, which is widely used for flavors and aromas with the same usage (poppy seeds). It is also one of the five kinds of mixed spices called "Punchholon" in the Bengal region. It is called Roman Coriander with various names such as Black Sesame Black Cumin and Onion Seed.
