The Yamato Fire began in Asahikawa City, Hokkaido in 1988, and is now a ramen shop in Japan and overseas, mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area as a pioneering pork bone ramen. A mellow and deep richness with dried fish strength to a tonkotsu soup that brings out the umami. This is the basics of Yamato Fire. Please enjoy it with a cold dried ramen where you can enjoy raw noodles and gloss as it is.
