"Kitagoroyo Fish Sao" is delivered by TSO staff from food and seasoning manufacturers in Tomakomai, Hokkaido, known as the production area of ??Hokkaido. The local Tomakomai specially produced gallops were added to the raw material, and salt and koji were added to aged for 12 months and narrowed down to drops per drop. "Kitagoro fish sauce", which is rich in natural amino acids and is tightly packed, increases the depth and richness in cooking just a few drops.
