It is a long -established "12 -dan family" in Kyoto Gion, which is said to have created the first after the war. It is a real flavored sauce that makes use of the original scent and flavor. The primary raw sesame is used by the technology called "far -red roasting". Roasted uniformly without burning at the same time from the sesame surface to the core. It is fair -skinned and plumply roasted and brings out the original flavor of sesame. The scent of sesame is slightly roughly rubbed at a low temperature so that it does not escape. We do not use sweeteners such as mirin sugar to eat shabu -shabu with the original taste of sesame.
