DESCRIPTION
[Specially made with natural kelp and Minami -Kayabe kelp and mineral -rich roots kelp. It features a stronger slimy than other kelp. The habitat is near Hakodate in Hokkaido, and it only inhabits this area in the world. The texture is characterized by a mellow taste and a strong slimy that is a bit different from other kelp. It is an additive -free kelp that combines Hakodate's gamon kelp and Shin kelp as the main raw material and nutritiously rich root kelp. We value the original taste of kelp without using any seasonings or adhesive materials. By adding root kelp, a toro kelp, which is richer in minerals and the like, has been completed.
