DESCRIPTION

"Souken Miso Ramen" is a delicious miso ramen that brings out deep flavors and richness without using meat extract. The noodles are water noodles that use 100%domestic flour and put out a stiffness using a proprietary method. Fried oil uses 100%vegetable oil. The soup was finished with plant materials and scallops without using chemical seasonings and chicken pork beef extracts. Miso is made of soybeans that are not genetically modified and the fragrance of sesame seeds further enhances the scent of miso. Furthermore, using Italian seawater for about half a year, Sogen Shakusha's "Mediterranean Sun salt" and "Sato Kibi -rugged sugar", which left the original umami of Sato Kibi, brought out the characteristics of the ingredients.
