DESCRIPTION
The wakame grown in the Ise Bay Hoba sea area in Mie Prefecture has been cut to a large size. It returns to 10 times (weight ratio) or more with about 5 minutes of water. Please use miso soup to seaweed salad. Ramen and udon should be put in the bowl just before boiling it when you put it in a bowl. Otashi and vinegar can be seasoned with ginger wasabi soy sauce or more.
