DESCRIPTION

It is a dried shi mushroom slicing type from Kyushu raw wood cultivation. There is no stone and there is no waste at 100%of the food. Slice type and convenient. When cooking, soak it in water for about 2 hours as a preparation and then use it. It can be used for various dishes as ingredients for Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes such as boiled dishes and soups.
