Product Introduction of Starch is a domestic production manufactured at a factory in Nagano, using potato starch from Hokkaido and sweet starch from Kyushu. Harusame made with Gimo starch is weaker to heat compared to mung beans, but it is easy to soak in taste and is ideal for salads and vinegar. It has a chewy texture and can be enjoyed even if it is a Korean cuisine chapchae that makes use of its texture. Note (exemption)> Please be sure to read direct sunlight and save at room temperature.
