: Product Introduction This is a jam for handmade that uses 100 % of Okinawan curve. Sugar content is 45 C to 50 C, and the sweetness is modest and no coloring fragrance preservatives are used, so it has a gentle taste. The curve chee features a small orange of about 4-5cm in diameter of Okinawa, a unique fragrance and a subtle sour sweetness. I harvest Okinawan Cassaba to make tapioca dent flour and use it instead of a pectin (gel). We use curvee into leather juice without adding water. Since no extra food is added, you can enjoy the taste of the seasonal curves grown on your own farm. How to use it as a jam, but it is also recommended to mix it with carbonated water, cold water and milk in spring to summer, and put it in tea as a juice and put it in tea and divide it into "Russian tea" or hot water.
