It is a white soup that features an elegant fragrance and a mellow sweetness using salmon by Hokkaido. It is a versatile seasoning that can be used widely from classic Japanese food such as udon soup and oden soup to Western foods such as Potov. It is a convenient taste that draws out the taste of the ingredients. Since its founding in Meiji 24, Fukuyama Brewery has developed and manufactured products as a miso and soy sauce manufacturer in Hokkaido.
