DESCRIPTION
Balsamic vinegar brewed in Japan using oak wood barrels from Most Cott (boiled grape juice), which is a specially made in the Uchibori brewing. It was built in high -quality water and air in Iijima -cho, Nagano Prefecture, surrounded by the Central Alps and the Southern Alps. It features a good sourness due to aging, rich richness, sweet and sweet grape and oak barrels.
