Product introduction A brewery of miso, soy sauce and koji in Musashi -cho, Oita, Oita Prefecture, which has continued since Meiji 25. We manufacture and sell koji miso soy sauce processed products with traditional manufacturing methods inherited from generations. It is a condiment made of Oita Prefecture's famous Kabutoku peel and green pepper, famous as a specialty product of Oita prefecture. The feature is that the scent is more soft than Yuzu products.
